Michael Cernech, Tamarac City Manager and FCCMA District V Director, has been selected by ICMA as the 2013 recipient of The Ferguson Group scholarship to the Harvard Kennedy School Senior Executives in State & Local Government Program. He will attend the program this summer.
This program provides an opportunity for senior-level city and county managers and assistants to experience person and professional renewal. It challenges managers’ conventional ways of thinking, their though processes and the values that drive leadership decisions.
