The Florida Benchmarking Consortium’s Annual Spring Conference will be held April 25-26, 2013 at the City of Winter Park Community Center. The theme for this year’s conference is “Engaging Internal and External Customers Through Metrics.”
This conference will take a look at creating buy-in for internal customers and soliciting advocates for your programs and services through confidence in metrics. There will be a number of outstanding speakers this year. The opening keynote speaker will be David Ammons from the University of North Carolina and author of Municipal Benchmarks.
The pre-conference workshop on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 will explore the challenges of mining your own best practices and the ripple effect on the organization. The workshop “Looking at Best Practices n Internal Service Areas and the Impact on the Organizations Function” is a half-day and designed to be an interactive session with a limited class size.
