City Manager, City of Palm Bay
I am currently the City Manager for the City of Palm Bay, a community of just over 100,000 population (and still growing rapidly) located on the east central coast of Florida. My areas of responsibility include Public Works, Economic Development, Growth Management and Parks & Recreation. My background is in engineering and public works, specializing in transportation. I am a former Public Works Director and MPO Director. I work on capital projects; strategic planning initiatives, development process improvements and a variety of other projects. I am also very active in professional organizations especially the American Public Works Association and the FCCMA.
