Mr. Thomas Moffses passed away on February 5, in Madison, FL. He was a former city manager in Madison and a past FCCMA member. He served as the District II Director from 2000 – 2004.
Funeral Services were held on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 11:00 AM at St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church with Father Dominic Tran officiating. Interment services will follow immediately afterwards in Ebenezer Cemetery.
