ICMA is calling on local governments to host Young Southeast Asia Leadership Initiative (YSEALI) Professional Fellows, a program funded by the U.S. Department of State, April 29 – May 27. The program brings participants from Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar (Burma), Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam to the U.S. for a four-week fellowship. The goal of the program is to create a global network of emerging local government leaders to positively impact legislative processes and environmental sustainability practices as well as provide opportunities for knowledge exchange and ongoing collaboration.
