Florida Benchmarking Consortium (FBC) Fall Conference – October 20-21

In local government today, citizen engagement is no longer optional as it is an integral part of our communities civic health. This year’s conference will explore how local governments are working to better understand what their citizens want, and how to engage with their citizens. The sessions will provide you with information on how others are using this information to make decisions, be more responsive and successful. Last Fall the FBC kicked off its new service area Civic Engagement, so this will be an opportunity to get a first look at citizen engagement data in our communities and to lead the way to strengthen the fabric of civic culture in every region of our state. The keynote, Former Florida Governor and Senator Bob Graham, will energize our discussion and re-enforce the leadership role that Florida has had in promoting civic health.
