The School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) at Rutgers University-Newark has developed the first completely online, international, executive-level graduate degree in the field. The Global Executive Online Master’s of Public Administration (GEOMPA) program consists of 30 credits of coursework over two years, with all 10 courses offered online to executive-level student groups around the world.
