As part of FCCMA’s “Got Ethics” campaign and formalized FCCMA membership requirement to complete annual ethics training, a very special webinar has been planned with Chris Anderson, General Counsel for the Florida Commission on ethics. Attorney Anderson will provide valuable information/interpretation on local government ethical requirements and the process involved when ethic complaints are filed. This is an informal presentation to FCCMA members which provides an opportunity for attendees to ask “practical” questions during this valuable and informative session. This is a must attend session for all managers.
Another very special webinar session has been planned with Pat Gleason, Florida Special Counsel for Open Government. Attorney Gleason will provide valuable information on local government requirements involved in complying with the Florida Sunshine and Public Record Laws and will be available to address questions from attendees on “practical” challenges that local government managers face in fulfilling their responsibilities under the law. This is a must attend session for all managers.
These webinars will cover ICMA Practice Area 17: Integrity.
