Safe Digging Month begins April 1. Every April, Sunshine 811’s stakeholders join the statewide push to prevent damage to underground lines, pipes and cables. The 2014 Safe Digging Month toolkit features social media messages, banner artwork, print materials including fact sheets and a news release template, public service announcements and coupons for an $8.11 one-topping pizza special at Marco’s Pizza locations valid each Monday in April.
