Is there a better way to do something? Is the alternative just “change for the sake of change or will it really improve efficiency, effectiveness and service delivery? These are some of the questions that will be answered at the FCCMA 2013 Symposium.
The 2013 Symposium will be held on November 14, 2013 from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, EST at the Lakeside Community Center in Port Orange. The topic for this year is “When the Status Quo Should Go.” The cost is $75 per person and $25 for students. The cost includes lunch.
All sessions will address ICMA Practice Area 6: Initiative, Risk Taking, Vision, Creativity, and Innovation.
