I currently serve as the Executive Director of the Center for Florida Local Government Excellence (CFLGE) at Florida State University where I’m also a faculty member in the Askew School of Public Adminstration and Policy. I’ve had a rewarding career in City Management (26 years); most recently serving as City Manager in Naples, Florida.
