Former member Duncan Ballantyne has passed away after a lengthy illness. Duncan joined FCCMA in 2006 shortly after becoming the Martin County Administrator and was a member until he left for a position in North Carolina. Duncan was an active member and will be remembered for his compassion and passion for the profession.
