Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with major course work in counseling, social work, psychology or a related field; or any equivalent
combination of related training and experience. Successful completion of criminal history background investigation is
required prior to employment. Applicants within six months of meeting the minimum education/experience
requirement may be considered for trainee status. Experience counseling victims of crime, counseling victims of
sexual assault or sexual violence, knowledgeable about the criminal justice system and how victims are involved in
the prosecutorial process, experience with public speaking desirable.
