The Gettysburg Leadership Institute is a three-day program (April 23-25, 2014) designed for senior managers to study the leadership lessons of Gettysburg. The program will convene 30 senior local government managers to study the leadership lessons of Gettysburg and join in an exploration of personal leadership, organizational effectiveness, disaster management and the lessons of history.
The Institute is open to all senior managers; credentialed managers will be given special consideration.
The Gettysburg Leadership is a skill-building, leadership development opportunity that will allow you to:

Deadline to apply is February 28, 2014. The registration fee is $895 for members and $995 for non-members. Registration includes all interpretive fees and materials, bus transportation, dinner on Wednesday, lunch on Thursday and breakfast on Friday.
