This webinar will walk you through the basic steps of project management:
- Setting a project goal
- Creating a project utilizing proven project management “artifacts” or templates such as a Project Charter, Stakeholder Register, Stakeholder Power/Interest Grid, Stakeholder Engagement Assessment Matrix
- Developing a Scope Statement that will serve as the foundation for the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Templates used in the webinar will be provided to each participant as a “take away.”
The webinar leader will be Grady L. Meeks, Jr. Grady who has more than 20 years’ experience in ERP implementation, enterprise SWOT analysis, business process improvement, project portfolio management, and strategic visioning. Grady holds the Project Management Institute PMP (Professional Project Manager) certification as well as the CPM (Certified Public Manager) certification. Grady is also a graduate of the inaugural class of the John Scott Dailey Florida Institute of Government’s CGCIO (Certified Government Chief Information Officer) program.
